If that is not the coolest thing...
I was thinking though... how would it be using say... MS Paint. How would that feel, drawing with your mind....?

I can think of many many many interesting pictures I could draw with my mind, where can I get one of these devices :D

Nice. I could use such technology to draw what I'm really thinking, not what these ham fists allow me to draw.

Yet another sickening slide down the trail into horrific human experiment. Why are we so obsessed?

Sickening?
What this?
In 1998, researchers at Emory University in Atlanta reported that a paralyzed man was able to control a cursor with a cone-shaped, glass implant, using it to operate a voice synthesizer that allowed him to communicate.
Any inventions that help make life better for people can't be that evil and horrific. Having said that I personally think I'll be sticking to my mouse...

Ok, maybe I was a little strong, but it will be taken too far.

Yeah, I agree with that - if the technology does prove useful it's very likely that some unethical use will be made of it.
