CDex Release 1.40

CDex 1.40 (http://www.cdex.n3.net) is now out of beta stage.

Changes since CDex 1.40 beta 9:

Fixed bug: Ogg vorbis Minimum bitrate was always set to maximum bitrate
Fixed bug: Ogg vorbis date field was filled out with current date, and not with album year
Fixed bug: Ogg vorbis field did not handle extended ASCII characters correctly
Added Spanish resources
Fixed bug: %tn STILL doesn't work (beta 9)
Fixed bug: removed purple line next to the multiple play button
Fixed bug: increased maximum SCSI ID from 7 to 15
Ogg vorbis RC-3 (added Quality option)
Latest lame version
Fixed bug: CDDB artist/trackname splot was not performed correctly when artist contained a / character
