Anyone knows how to restore the Control Panel icon in XP? I screwed up something and now it's a normal folder icon.

I dont think that Tweak UI will do it. At least not if you are referring to the Rebuild Icons option. All that does is remake the icons, but doesnt nor restore icons for example from file associations.

I just found the solution just in case anyone else might have the same problem. I used Icon Phile and just replace the bad icon with the Control Panel icon I want and it's all good.
