yes how avs do to draw on desktop background ?

Is this C++ (directX ?) code could be show and explain ?

*taps his foot* I seem to remember a thread somewhere with a bit of conversation between a developer and a geforce tech, anyone else remember seeing that? something about the encoding on the geforce not redoing the pallet or something, it cant flip the mode properly, hence why a particular plugin cant draw accelerated to the desktop on geforce2 / 3 cards ;)
