Well, I submitted Cold Theory (http://www.winamp.com/skins/reviews.jhtml?rOT=C&rOI=88049) in January, and the download rate seemed pretty good. It was a few thousand a day, but all of sudden it just stopped. Its stuck at 35,000. Not trying to bitch, but I found it really really odd. :weird:

it's probably just slipped off of the first few pages of whatever category it's in. :(

You people are lucky.My last skin was pushed off the first few pages in 1 days.Got 800 + dl's on the first day and just got burried the next.Well dl's dont matter I suppose....much.

My newest (LINEAR (http://www.winamp.com/components/detail.jhtml?componentId=96997)) has had 24 since it was subbed about a month ago... don't complain :D

that's the problem with winamp.com, your skin has to have a band/celebrity/game/movie name to get a decent download number (did you try deviantart yet?)

Dude, I love Cube2 - it's a great skin. Lots of brilliantly done transparency - check it out. Yeah I always wondered about Crayolamp - is it our inner child trying to break free? :D

Nah, it's the ladies out there that download it, dozens of fan mails about if from girlies, not a one from a bloke, go figure :)

Read the reviews, all the good ones seem to be from females, all the "yoo dum ass mother fucka" type ones seem to be from guys.

Have I ever told you about the time I got a crayon stuck up my nose, nasty that was :cry:

i remember watching a simpsons episode where homer finds out that he had a crayon stuck in his nose that influenced his brain since childhood, after he gets it out he becomes supersmart :p
