I was wondering if Winamp had a OCX that I can use in programming VB.
Something that would let me use Winamp in VB, instead of running it by itself.
If you know I would appreciate a reply.
Thanks ahead of time.

no, but it might be possible to make one, it would still run a winamp, but it could run it guiless and then just control it. does anyone know a few api's or such that would do that? I know it's possible to do it, because a program like apache does it when it runs programs, so how would one do it? once it's running, then the program could load up the gui of it's own as an ocx.

There's always the option of removing Winamp from the taskbar and system tray, then minimising it...
I'm developing a Winamp control object in Delphi - I'm sure I could knock up an OCX/DLL or suchlike.
