Hi, i am a student in computing. Currently i am working with some some part of my project regarding the decoder for mp3. I hope to get some resources from here about the algorithm in writing this mp3 decoder such as wat things should i consider when doing this...thanks alot...i really need ur guys help alot... :)

You're in way over your head if you want to make you're own mp3 decoding library from scratch.

Might i suggest just using libmpg123?
