trying it again

So I opened up PSP started playing, using tips 'n tricks i've heard in these forums and made this (see attachment)

What do you think? It's like the 10th time I've used PSP 'cause I use MSPaint to skin with but WA3 looks abit weird with a MSPaint skin.

Any help will help me 'cause I'm only just learning PSP. :D

I like the green background, but I don't think the cyan/blue goes with it very well. Is there another color you've thought about using?
