OddSock Song Requester... help

hey, if anyone out there is actually using this, could you help me out? www.oddsock.org under the toolz section... i can't seem to configure it correctly and i've tried a millioin ways just to get it to work and i still can't figure the damn thing out. lol. so please do help ;) :igor:
