Using/Licensing Winamp stuff

Hey guys,

Anyone know about licensing/using Winamp .dll's/plugins in other programs? Should I look into licensing another decoder, or is there some type of licensing agreement that might possibly be reached that would allow the .dll's to be distributed with the program (perhaps with winamp, or based on royalties, or something else?).

Plugins that are included in the winamp distribution package are all copyrighted by Nullsoft. The mp3 decoder is copyrighted by Fraunhofer, licensed for Nullsoft. You can most likely use third party plugins though.
