Live 365

I use to use LIVE,however they went pay.
I understand this,but the broadcasters who did a live show within the last 30 days got a **free** account !

This was ok with me !

Within 3 months I got an email stating " Your in violation of copy right ..yada yada ." " Please contact Mrs.Perez.

I did forward my tele # to her , she is in the legal department , which is good for me, as I have a B.A Law.

I never got any reply from Mrs Perez.

I called Live 365 and was tossed into there voice mail system, asking me to enter the last 3 letters of the person whom I wish to contact.

I pressed " REZ "

" That person does not exist in out directory "

Another 5 emails later , 3 telephone calls.....nothing!


Now that is a breach of contract.

They forced ( or tried to ) the free ( faithfull ) users into now buying there services.

I filled a class actoin suit , as any of you would having legal skills.

Ill keep you posted as to the outcome.

What not just go here Stream Guys (http://www.streamguys.com) and end your worries.

Well in the defense of others I think the point was that their service is nowhere near as good as other options available. Free or not. Besides why post in Winamp.com about something that has nothing to do with Nullsoft?

I am not sad upset about LIVE's fraud, SHOUTCAST KiXX !

I should have came here ages ago.

I thought a post about the fraud imposed by LIVE was in order, seeing that others have posted about live.

Today I got a reply that live wishes to ' chat ' Hmmmm

Ive turned said matter over to my lawyer, only a fool would represent him/ her self.

Why? Because me and tons of other people dont care about your law suit of a ex free service. Go find something more cunstructive to do with the time and effort you gonna spend trying to leech blood out of a stone.

Tom , my posts were civil I merely replied to the poster with what seemed the only way he / she knows.

My only hope was to share a LIVE 365 exp , and show users of ANY service that many of us will not stand for our rights to be violated.
Im not sorry Im versed in Law.

It is hoped that the ground work has been laid for future services from any person / company who does not live upto there agreed end sees that there is legal re course .

Im not sorry for my post, however having said that I should not have posted my personal about the rude and uneducated poster in this forum.
