(Configuration-)Window(s) in front?

hi there!

i'm writing some handsome general purpose plugins for winamp with visual basic. the problem is my form that will be loaded when the configuration button is clicked, it is not in front but behind the preferences dialog of winamp. how to get this solved? and how to send a command to a form that will set the focus to it? for example a form that is not in front should be in front (like myForm.SetFocus() or something?
