Crazy guy. I'm not superstitious but "selling my soul" isn't something I'd do. Too close to tempting fate.....

Mr Malham said the buyer wanted a new soul as he had lost his own in a bet over a game of air hockey.

Jeezus, its like an onion story come to life...

And the proof for people having a soul is.......?

I truly wonder how such an action can be justified by the guy's "artist" status. It reminds me of this story Xerxes posted about this other "artist" whose art consisted in raping one of his fellow students and making him eat his shit...

Soul for sale:
Reminds me of the blues guitarist, Robert Johnson,
who sold his soul to the devil, to play the blues...
or so the story goes (http://www.mudcat.org/rj-dave.cfm).

They based a movie
on his story, in 1986.

Soundtrack by Ry Cooder.
Guitar work by Steve Vai.
Good movie.

Steve Vai plays the Devil's guitarist,
in a great guitar battle at the end of the movie.
Check it out Bilbo...if you can find it.

If you rent the movie Bilbo just ff to the end. The guitar battle is the only bit worth watching. It's awesome.

Has anyone seen the episode of the Simpsons where Bart sells his soul to Milhouse for 5 bucks? It's pretty funny.

I saw a thing on ebay once that went something like,
"Sue Smith said I didn't have a soul, so I am selling her, she is a slightly used..."
The bidding was at $1.37, so I bid $10, but unfortunately they took her off ebay. I didn't blue book her, but $10 seemed like a pretty good deal for a low mileage 20 year old.

I believe that 'soul' is a synonym for consciousness. In other words, knowledge of one's own existence, condition, sensations, mental operations, acts, etc.

You do not need proof to know that souls exist. Like God. Or subatomic particles (although that's a little bit different).

so if what you say is true

after he sell his soul, the very first thing he does is infringement and illegal useage of someone else's property :p
