I wanna stream audio

I have a website. and i wanna be able to have clickable audio files that are streamed by winamp....what do i do?

Ok, now i got everything i think i need....i just wanna know what the hyperlink from my website for the user to actually listen to the streamed mp3 would be...i got this http://localhost:8000/content/scpromo.pls
is this right...and what does content mean?
