increase buffer size when listening to shoutcasts?

I use winamp for listening to shoutcasts of live videos games from http://www.tsncentral.com/ And I sue GameTV to watch the game, the problem is the games on TV are sometimes delayed 7-8 min to prevent cheating so when I try to pause winamp shoutcast to sync up the two and then unpase winamp 7 min later, winamp just restarts after about 15 secs. Now all i can think of is that this is a buffer problem and winamp is not saving/recording enough of the stream to my computer... Can I increase thos amount to 15min of stream?

Would it be "mpeg audio decoder settings/steaming/steaming data buffer" Increase that to like 30 megs?
