View Full Version : Bug testers?

I've pretty much finished the third in my Three Colours trilogy of skins ("White"). Could someone please bug test it for me (and offer feedback)?

I don't have webspace or anything like that, and it won't fit as an attachment, so I'd have to e-mail it to you.

DON'T WRITE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS VERBATIM HERE. DISGUISE IT! Otherwise, scanners or bots or whatever they're called will pick it up and add it to the list of addresses to send stupid annoying virus e-mails to. So write your address in a way that only a human will understand:
eg.:

MyAddress(at)hotmail-dot-com

Thanks :)

all I found was this:

in the main WS-mode the minimize and close button screws up
the time and vis area in the main WS-mode are grey, but the text background is white

when streching the MB the URL-area background splits up in grey and white

J_Bloggs: Thanks for the offer, but hopefully mr. snowflake found all the bugs I missed. :)

Peacemaker: Was that question directed at me? If so: it's not that I've got no webspace, I just never use it. I've never used it, so I wouldn't know how to set it up, and I doubt I'd have the foggiest idea of how to do something as simple as host a skin :D

SeƱor Snowflake: Thanks heaps, man. It never ceases to amaze me how obvious bugs (like the stretching MB) can totally evade me.

this is a test: ***261;

I think I tried it once Atmo, and it wouldn't work. I think I found the right links, but it just wasn't happening. Maybe the servers were play up then...

Keep trying. They had some problems a while back but they've been perfect since then.

freewebz.com (http://www.freewebz.com) are good, there are no ads (that I know of) and no-one uses them so their reasonably fast. The only downside is you can only upload one file at a time (for free), but you can upload zip files and unzip them. The site name you get is crap, but you can get a .tk (http://www.dot.tk) address for free.
