What's Going On?

Every website I've been going to that isn't cached will not turn up. These are big sites like Google, Deviantart, Yahoo... My connection is fine since my ICM thing has its little green light on. And I can still post here. Anybody know?:confused:

Actualy, I clicked a link for 1001 Winamp Skins and I got that site. But I don't visit there much at all.

browsers can cache strangely and even sometimes stall pages. what i do, since i'm on broadband, is make my cache very small on any browser and have it check for new changes every time.
tinker with the browser cache, clear, change how much it stores and how often.

i had problems with stalling using opera's cache, maybe it works better for dialup users?

No that's not it. It's been set the same for a long time, but this problem started today. Maybe I should restart.
