Looks real nice, i especialy like the little borders arround the Cbuttons. This skin could use a bit more detail, but other than that, its really nice.
You should always post an SS for those of us who are too lazy to DL.

Its not bad at all, just a minor bug in one of the plstacks. I think it could use more detail, although only in the main window as there are some blank areas. Also the kbps and khz look somewhat strange, with the different sized fonts.

Only other thing was that there is no pressed states for a few buttons, while others have nice animations...

Other than that its a nice effort.
