I just bought a ATI Radeon 8500 graphic card, and i'm using 2 monitors. but some problems occured:

1. All displayed text is just messed up! The normal text like playlist and the menu (F1), is possible to read, but it just flashes and blinks around on the screen. The text in the song title animations and "custom messages" is not possible to read - it looks like the font is corrupt!

2.When i run milkdrop on one monitor, and have winamp on the other, i can't do anything in winamp, like adjust the volume, clicking the the buttons or changing song in the playlist. I suppose this is because winamp won't take focus when clicked, when milkdrop is running. Is it possible to fix this?

Hope somone know how to fix these issues...

1. Is it just the text or also the presets that are messed up. What version of MD what OS? Latest Drivers?

2. Known issue. Hopefully at some date this will be fixed. USe up and down arrows to change the volume.

I Run Milkdrop 1.03 on Windows XP, with latest ATI Radeon drivers. Only text are messed up, presets are fine, but the text flashes around on the preset.

I tested some fonts now, and when i used some "Windows fonts" like "system" and "tahoma", everything was fine. But the other i tested did not work. (comic sans, arial etc, and downloaded fonts).
I've never had any problems with the fonts before... pretty strange that some fonts works...

Milkdrop works fine now.

I downloaded a new leaked beta of the ATI Radeon Drivers, and now everything works fine.

I have a similar problem i guess. When I run Milkdrop on my dual monitor setup, the second monitor has this strange almost transparent band that runs across the screen...almost like a ribbon shape. I've tried tweaking all the settings, but no luck. Haven't had any problems w/ text though. I'm running the latest Milkdrop w/ a Matrox Milennium g450 Dual Head setup. Seems like Geiss does this too, but not Punkie or Tripex.
