double click enqueue's, Primary function is not run file.

i used to be able to click an individual mp3 file and it would run in winamp. now it just add's it to the play list. when i right click i notice that the standard function menue comes up with items like: open , copy , properties. one odd difference is that the order has changed. Enqueue is at the top (Primary double click function), then play in winamp , then open in descending order. is there a way to make open the primary function so right clicking results in opening the file ?

Ctrl+P-> Setup/File Types-> uncheck 'Enqueue as default action'(its near the bottom right)
