capturing avs groovness

hi.
i'd like to "record" or do some kind of video capture to record avs's i've done and hopefully save them as .avi or .mpg
eventually. any suggestions?

i agree with steven, he has made a perfectly good faq and it's like some ppl forgets to read it.

but the avs 2 avi question should be in the faq, it has been a question that has been asked before.
