At the time of server unavailable it sais, no source, what did is restart winamp at 17:29:35 and that worked as you can see. But if I go away for a week I don't want this to happen after a few hours, how to solve this??

You got disconnected because there was no source, meaning that the DNAS was not receiving any audio data so it closed the connection. There are a few things you can do to prevent this in the future:
1) Make sure there is always audio being fed to the DSP. Depending on your setup you may have problems with formats such as CDs and wmas.
2) Set AutoDumpSourceTime to 0 in sc_serv.ini/sc_serv.conf. This will make it so the DNAS will not auto disconnect if it receives no data.

If you server is not local you may also want to consider running a local relay to feed the remote DNAS.

what happens is that that winamp suddenly isn't connected anymore, even as itretries every 30 secondsI have to restart both winamp and the server to have it work again. i changed AutoDumpSourceTime to 0 but the only changes is that the server doesn't say it has no source. it keeps connected to shoutcast.com

make sure theres only mp3's in your playlist. wav files and other formats (including odd sample-rate mp3's) will freez it up. See if you can broadcast continually with souncard input selected.

also your computer may not be fast enough to encode real time. try lower bitrates if all else fails.

I've had this same issue happen recently to me as well. I'm running Winamp 2.81 and SHOUTcast 1.8.9 both on the same machine. Everything will be playing along perfectly fine for days at a time, and then suddenly winamp gets disconnected from the server and can't reconnect.
Winamp continues to play along like nothing happened, but the DSP can't reconnect to the server.
Killing winamp and restarting it readily fixes the problem, but that's a pain to do remotely when you are off somewhere listening to your stream. I have nothing but mp3s in my playlist and a machine that is easily powerful enough to encode real time(1.2GHz Athlon, 512MB ram). It is possible that some of those mp3s have strange sample rates, but shouldn't that only affect winamp itself, and then be ok once it's moved to the next song?
I had no problems with this issue till very recently. Shoutcast was up and running for months with no problems, but in the past few weeks this disconnect issue happens once every 2 or 3 days now. Highly annoying.
