A nice to have feature is the ability to write custom plugins
for milkdrop.

not even like ape in avs but also plugins to control
milkdrop externaly.
For example you can write a plugin which controls milkdrop through
IR remote control or something like this.

Also plugins for custom generated buffers like ape are VERY usefull.

Avs is good but not enough fast as milkdrop, this is truth, but
milkdrop is now not as extensible as avs is and this is the point.

bye, and write bugless code :)

There is no such thing as "bugless code" atleast thats what I think.

I must say about your request I do not know how useful it will be. The MilkDrop community is relatively small and although I would like APE type expendability I wonder who will write stuff for it?

For visual effects I can only see regular existing preset writers having a go. I don't know if I will be bothered to write new APE stuff esp if Ryan updates MilkDrop every couple of months for all the new features.

It would be nice but whether it would be worth it I do not know. I would rather Ryan spend his time implementing the rest of the wishlist first.:)

Hey only regulars here can accuse Ryan of writing buggy code.:);)

Well, everybody has a wish.Me too,
I don't know people using milkdrop
I just want to use this plugin in my application
and for this I need the plugs functionality. that's all.

But... you sad, it is small comunity, yes because
nobody can write code for it. If anyone can write plugs
you need not wait for your wish to becomes true.
You can write it right now.

Dagy, respect !
