Keyboard Knockout!
 

Not bitching, but I used to love WinAmp's compatibility with MS's Natural Keyboard's buttons, e.g., Play/Pause, Stop, Prev Track, Next Track. Now I have to find the app, find the button, find the mouse...

Please use the Search feature and read the FAQ before posting. But since you didn't this time, here's a component that will solve your problem:

Not to be obnoxious, but the FAQ for WinAmp 3 has NOTHING regarding keyboard controls.

Ok. So I stand partially corrected.

Obviously, there is a FAQ with information regarding keyboard shortcuts and WinAmp 3.

However the FAQ that many of us find when looking for the WinAmp3 FAQ does not include this information. This is, of course, the one found when you click on "WinAMp" and "FAQ" from the main WinAmp page.

Unless one knows that there are other FAQs hidden in the discussion forums, one isn't going to find them. Obviously, I didn't know and there are probably a number of other users who didn't know.

So saying that it's "in the FAQ" is not helpful unless you specify which FAQ you mean - since there are more than one.

Apparently, that seems to be the case. I'll talk with some of the mods, to see if this can be fixed. So, I'll also apologize to bkarlbob. It's standard cut and paste reply. Maybe I should give more thought into my answers.

It would seem like that (getting it added to the "primary" FAQ) would be a good idea since there's got to be more than 2 of us that are annoyed that Winamp 3 doesn't support the keyboard commands.

There are probably a lot of us who waited until Winamp 3 was finished before downloading it, so the number of people asking about this is only going to increase.

Ctrl K is ineffectual, bootless and generally a time-waster. Any fix?
