I need some help with my Winamp radio shoutcast broadcast!!!

Hi,

I want to post my broadcast on Shoutcast called NVPlanet.

Please someone help me?! --- How do broadcasters post on yp.shoutcast.com? --- Because it keeps saying <Connection Timeout> and this ----> Disable NAT/Firewall/ISP cache??!!!

WHAT!!!??!!!

Well someone help me?!! So I can get my station up!
