mp3 wont play if names contain "umlaute"

german umlauts like "ä" or "ö" affect playback in wamp3
actually the files wont play at all :)
i have to rename them first in order to get them played

PS:
the bug is directory sensitive..means:
if the directory name contains an umlaut, the files in the dir wont be played, no matter if their names are "correct" or not.
now this is a crappy one :))))

yes.
i turned "utf8-inter.." off and although the display is messed up at least the files are played..thx for quick answer.
