Is this normal

i just recently just switched 2 the rez above 800x600 and iwhen i go on the internet this happens. look at the pic. is this normal. look at the sides is this soposed 2 happen. :winamp: i have win 98 hp

You mean the large light blue spaces? Yes. Websites are normally fixed-width, so when the screen is larger then the width of content, the background appears.

Actually, that's what happened when I did the same thing. It's supposed to happen. Don't worry.

yeah, that's normal. Sawg did a poll a while back about optomizing the forums for resolutions above 800x600, and it won by a landslide. Then, he said he had to ask for admin approval before he could do it. And that was the last I heard of that idea...
