Semi-Winamp Logo in 'Brave New World' Reprint?
1 Attachment(s)
While perusing Amazon for some books for an english ISP, I decided to read a little bit of Aldous Huxley's "A Brave New World" when the Winamp-like logo of the tunderbolt appeared under the chapter number. Wierd. :)
I know....useless thread of sorts... Here's the image (3.54 KB): [] [] [] \/ |
imho it's rotated too much to resemble the logo. nice pic tho :)
|
What do you mean? THey're practically the same angle of rotation. :/
|
the winamp logo :winamp: has the bolt on a diagonal. in the one you posted the bolt is more horizontal. imho.
|
Fine, lol. Whatever. ;)
|
that lightnight bolt used in the book is one of the symbols in the Webdings font (or one of them W fonts), I believe.
also, in comparison, the Winamp logo is flipped veritcaly. |
Nah. I don't think anyone will mind. Besides, who reads english stuff anyway? *snickers*
|
That's more metroid-like than winamp. Winamp: :winamp: as you can see it is a Diamond, or a parallellogram for all you geometry freaks out there. The image is a Circle, more like the Screw attack in the Metroid games.
