Sleeping positions?

What is your favoured sleeping position?

My preference is to sleep on my left shoulder, looking towards the wall, (bed against wall).

I remmeber reading years ago that your sleeping position is a reflection of your personality (even more so if you're on your back in bed every night....), so I decided to see what I could find out. I came up with this page.

According to it, my sleeping position reveals that "This posture belongs to a confident person; whatever he undertakes will see success owning to his relentless endeavour."

So how about you? What does your sleeping position reveal?

Wouldn't know I'm usually asleep at the time :p

I can sleep in any position EXCEPT lying flat on my stomach...I don't see how anybody could sleep like that.

On my front kinda on my right side with no pillow is best for me. I don't like my bed at the mo because it has a foot board and I like my feet to hang over the end. There just isn't enough room and sleeping diagonally is weird.

Side Sleeper:
6. With one knee bended:He is inclined to be fussy and unreasonably doubtful, always whining and complaining. His identity is lost, and it looks as if he is having some sort of nervous disorder. You'd better watch out!

I am not actually sure what position I sleep in, i just tend to fall into bed and that is taht.

where is the up-side-down hanging on a bar in the closet

i sleep in any position. ive slept in every position imaginable.

I sleep in the crane position.

Tummy Sleeper:

I toss and turn at night. :\

Having outgrown "face down in the gutter", I now sleep on my right side, right arm under pillow.
Why?
Because I'm deaf in my left ear allowing me to sleep virtually deaf.

With arms and legs spreading out: What a liberty-loving bloke! Well, this posture reveals your true identity. Comfort-lover and beauty-worshipper, you are also a real spendthrift (but luckily you earn just that much) Your only undesirable trait are that you are a bit nosy and seem to enjoy gossiping. Well, who have you mentioned in your tale lately?

As long as I fall asleep, I don't really know what my "true" sleeping position is. Sometimes I'll even pass out with half my body dangling off the side of the bed...

I sleep in something approximating the Recovery Position.

What this says about me is that twice in my life I have got horrendously drunk and puked in my sleep, and if it should ever happen again I'd kind of like to wake up in the morning.

Also it's very comfortable.

i sleep in what ever position is comfy fer me.....usually its on my tummy with my ass up in the air:D

as i'm recovering for surgery i have to always sleep on my back , i hate to always sleep on my back, it sucks, i hate that position, i'm normally a tummy sleeper

left side, right side, back, left side,
back, right side, stomach, back, left side,
back, stomach, left side, right side...

...get up go to bathroom...

...left side, right side, back, left side,
back, right side, stomach, back, left side,
back, stomach, left side, right side.

I sleep "upside down... and inside out".

*waits patiently for when the inevitable question about preferred sexual position is asked*

I sleep on my back, arms crossed over my chest ala King Tut. I don't know how I got into the habit, but there I am. :)

i fall asleep one my side, with one arm under the pillow and one off to the side, and one leg kicked over to the side (queen size waterbed = 0wnage.) i wake up on my back.

Dayum, that's comfy for me too!:D

I mean havin' a gal sleep in that fashion....hehehe:up:

sleep like that and you will wkae up with the use of only 1 arm for 5 to 10 mins, its freaky but fun
just remember, if you sleep too long, your bloodless arm will die and begin to rot :)

but yea, as for me, i sleep on my right side, with my right arm under my pillow in an upside down L shape, since my pillows quite thin, the other arm either dangles out of the bed to the floor, or just randomly lays someplace. tis comfy :)

I've been thinking of filming myself one night
to see what I do or SAY!
Maybe I'm a sleep walker!

Yes :) I occasionally wake up with one arm being a bit numb. However, I usually only get broken sleep for a few hours at a time, so it's unlikely I'll end up with rotting, bloodless arms.

Well, hopefully anyway.

especially when you have to torn of your alarmclock with that hand.

Sleeping positions
 

Sleep curled up on side. I don't understand how some one can sleep flat on their back, it's just me, but they look uh dead. My ex semi-sweetie used to sleep that way. The Picture of man sleeping with cat at feet is a phoney cartoon. Everyone knows that any cat worth it's salt will take up 90 per cent of bed spaceand refuse to move:D
