Can't hear music over LAN
 

I have: Windows XP,Winamp2.78+DSP Plug-In.(this one runs the Server)
I start the ShoutcastServer, that works......
I start Winamp on the XP-System,Start the Plug-In,press connect,and it says: sending....
The shoutcastserver brings the message for every second:can't connect to yp.shoutcast.com

If i connect over the lan with winamp from another pc,i hear the introfile, than i see the artist/song in winamp,but i don't hear anything?
(winamp on the xp system plays music!)
I only want to broadcast in the lan (i have my mp3s on the xp-system an want to hear them on the other system(win98+winamp2.78))

I don't want to connect to yp.shoutcast.com.

What to do, please help!!
