Ogg Vorbis recording

I have recently descovered Ogg Vorbis out of my total frustration with WMP 9series and the WMA format. I have read the Ogg Vorbis FAQ, but what I am wanting to know is: What is a good program to use for copying my CD's to Ogg Vorbis format?
The program would have to offer CDDB support so that it would automatically pull the names of the song, artist, and disc. A really good help system would be a plus too. The only reason I was using WMP was the ease of recording and the excellent playlist options. Also, will I need to download a plugin for Winamp to play these files?

Go to http://www.vorbis.com/ which is the Ogg Vorbis homepage... You'll find all the info you need about using the vorbis format, and any downloads you will need to install the codec.

Actually, as a sidenote, I believe Winamp3 will play Ogg vorbis files natively.
