key control
Hi there,
Winamp 2.x had this really good feature of being able to use the 'numblock' (does this word exist in languages other than German?) to control next, previous, play, etc. This doesn't seem to work anymore - I guess it wouldn't be a big deal to reintegrate it; I found it most useful. CU MadMax |
numblock?
sorry never heard of it. oh wait, controling it from the Number Block? |
i think its the number pad... but i dont think so
|
You used to be able to control Winamp 2 via the number pad (if num lock was on, meaning you can used the numbers) and I could have swore that that feature still exists, but if you say it doesnt, it means you're running a cheap German clone of Winamp. Run away now.
In case you could not detect the irony, the num pad does work with the latest Winamp 2. |
Right, it works with the latest version of Winamp 2 but it doesn't with Winamp 3, it seems.
|
yeah works for me on winamp 2. doesnt on 3, but would you expect it to?

use the keys ZXCVB for prev/play/pause/stop/next - they're in the same order as the buttons on the player. i didn't know the numpad used to work.
