last time you cried

When was it? I don't care what it was about, keep that to yourself. Do you cry often and about what kind of things?

I rarely cry but tonight I make an exception :(

rm' 28th October 2002 17:49

Today. The first time I cried in years. I used to cry all the time, though. What an opportune moment to ask this question.

Rocky Raccoon 28th October 2002 18:05

For a happy reason: about 1 month ago.
When I got tickets for McCartney
For a sad reason: about 6 months ago.
when I broke up with my bf

c2R 28th October 2002 18:07

Not often....

I think probably only twice in this last year - and once was from physical pain, after saving someone's head from being crushed under a falling car bonnet by substituting it for my arm (which really hurt me, not unsuprisingly).

smeggle 28th October 2002 18:49

I think crying is good for a bod. not all the time like but a good cry is like a cleansing ?or so it seems to me.
Last time I cryed? Yesterday when I heard about that young lad and Then read some of the most nicest things I have read in ages as a tribute to someone and sorry to say it at most of the more downer post's.
I don't Know which upset me most ,Probably the latter aand today when I went through the rest of Bilbo's first emergency post.
Sorry to drag yeterday up again but well someone wrote about being open and honest and well I agree with that .
Maybe if we do open up more there wouldn't be so much of this kind of thing and less tears and more laughter.
Ireland has one of the worst percentagaes (I'm gonna win the most bod. in need od spell checker soon HaHa) of suicide in Europe.
It's up to us all to do something about it or not, that of course is our own individual choice.I choose the former.
Which brings up a point about newbies? as most of you are aware I am one allthough I did scirt around a bit before I posted. My point is when a newbie first comes on and they will obviously will be enthusiastic, post-pump as it's called. All I ask is give them a chance if they go daft and post all over the place, then one of the more senior members could make contact and take them through a bit of "posting etiquette" so to speak.
My thought's on this reason is this could be just one of them lost soul's,bullied at school etc.everyone knows the scenario, and by how we react as a community, and that was said yesterday that we are a community ( and I know I am new to this community), can determine what this person will do.
Thanks for putting up with me over the last couple of day's as i introduced? myself in a mad sought of way .I've had a wicked laugh and well I would like to stick around if thats ok with you all.
I'm gonna stay quiet for a couple of days ,probably scirt about in stealth ( probably won't be able to resist having a dig at something though ...He's say's with a snigger HaHA )
sorry for hi-jacking your thread Phily Baby ,but It just came out.
Slidje no offence was intended, I get carried away sometimes and well if I was out of order I apoligise openly (up to you if you want to keep it private)
Thanks for putting up with me and well see you soon
Blessing's of Light on you all,
Mr.Anonymous (Known as smeggle within this forum)

I dont really remember the last time I cried. I'm not the crying type. It's not that I hide my emotions or anything (like some people believe), I just dont shed tears, I cry mentally.

Cameron221 28th October 2002 18:57

Not all the time, but with what happened yesterday, ill make an exception.

ElChevelle 28th October 2002 19:57

Weird, that. Onions dont induce tears for me, they just make my eyes well up and sting like fuck. It's really quite painful.

Proper crying wise, I have no idea.

Ember69 28th October 2002 22:05

i kinda get teary eyed, but when i know im really gonna cry and i dont want anyone to see me , i wont talk more i try to voice out the more it gets fumbled up in a mess and its just better for me to hold it in sometimes without talking.... terrible trick i learned while growing up

dollerspark 28th October 2002 22:47

I cried about that whole Robert Jordan thing. Didn't even know him.

I get teary-eyed at movies sometimes, too.

I don't cry as much as I need to...

apollos 28th October 2002 22:53

Ive been crying all day today and all day yesterday

patroclus22 28th October 2002 23:36

Last times I cried:

Happines: March 24, 2001 (Beau asked me to marry him).
Frustration: September 14th, 2002. (Bad stuff at work).
Sadness: October 17th, 1996 (My friend Wall died).

eleet-2k2 28th October 2002 23:41

I think the last time I cried our of pain for losing someone was when my grandfather died, I took that very hard. It was about 8 years ago. From just plain physical pain, probably about a year ago, maybe 6 months.

Am I wierd for not crying for happiness for an extremely long time?

sgtfuzzbubble011 28th October 2002 23:41

I can't remember the last time I cried. Sometimes I really wish I could cry, but I find it very difficult.

I am Jesus 29th October 2002 00:37

About 2 weeks ago, got in a fight with my bro because of his stupid dog breaking my mouse. Then he started to bitch at me and cuss etc and I went off to and then left the house and took a walk. Yes I know it was kind of stupid but hey, it's my mouse.

insomniac 29th October 2002 00:52

Honestly, I don`t think I`ve cried in more than a year.

EDIT: Well, sometimes I`m so tired (at school usually) that I get teary eyed. I don`t think that counts as full fledged crying, though.

meaisl8again 29th October 2002 00:54

I cry easy. I cried at church on Sunday when a baby was baptised. I cry easy. I cry when I'm happy, and I cry when I'm sad.

Lots of Love,
Mea

henry3k56 29th October 2002 01:02

When I'm very depressed, I'll think deep thoughts and shed just a tear. Not let it out by the gallons.

zootm 29th October 2002 01:22

when i heard about robert.

i usually cry with laughter or joy. i am not a person easily depressed.

!!itsKENSHIN!!! 29th October 2002 01:50

Last time I cried was when I saw The Lion King in the theatres, When simba's dad died, saddest moment ever.

Edit: Ending removed so as not to piss people off who lost loved ones at sept 11th.

RanDom_ErrOr 29th October 2002 01:50

!!itsKENSHIN!!! 29th October 2002 01:55

lemon_chicken 29th October 2002 11:59

i havnt cried since primary school, about 6 years ago.

when i get upset nowadays i just go all quiet, and am likely to physically abuse myself and others. :(

stttafffy 29th October 2002 15:46

probably when i saw the end of Leon (The Professional). other movies that jerked tears; Cool Runnings (yes, the one with the jamaican bobsled team, i was young, okay?) American History X, and the trailer for The Matrix Reloaded :P.

last time i cried from sadness was when i told my mom i dropped out of college.

happiness? i dont know. i am saving up for something good :)

that fucked me up so much. that night was the night i broke it off with my girlfriend. gah, never watching it again.

but the last time? last night.

i never cry solely from something bad happening to me... it has to be followed by someone being compasionate... that sends me over the edge for some reason. and last night it wasn't even for a reason that would make sense to any of you.
