That batman prog.with Adam West etc.you know that 60's telivision show just happens to be on the box.Which in turn prompted one of my server space wasting threads :D
who,which,why :blah: :blah: :blah: etc...................
Me, well I like most fantacy stuff and Lord of the Rings rules them all.The book that is, not that hollywood garbage festered on the world(does anyone suspect I don't like Hollywood?I wonder why?:D ). Most of the old D.C/Marvel comics. Stan Lee was a genius. All pretenders to the throne que here:.

I'll answer after I ask a question and you answer...Do you have trouble making a topic using full sentences and proper punctuation? I can hardly understand a legitimate thing... :weird:

sgtfuzzbubble011 2nd November 2002 19:47

Batman is one of my favorites, probably the only one. :) I just like his dark, serious attitude.

Btw, Michael Keaton was the best Batman.

The most awesome Batmobile. :D

zootm 2nd November 2002 19:54

micheal keaton was the best batman, yes.

no contest.

Batman? Ugh! He's even worse then Superman.

Indiana Jones... now there's a character you can root for. And James Bond.

sgtfuzzbubble011 2nd November 2002 20:02

Indiana Jones and James Bond aren't superheros. Don't get me wrong, I love the Indiana Jones and Bond movies, but they're not along the same lines as comicbook superheros.

rm' 2nd November 2002 20:12

And that's why they are so great. They don't run around in silly costumes, fight clowns, and drive rediculous vehicles (although the Batmobile from the first Batman movie was pretty spiffy).

smeggle 2nd November 2002 23:37

james bond doesn't drive rediclus vehicles?

Rm and "Q" does not make rediculous cars and gadgets for James bond and as to the fact that neither Indy or Jimmy are not superhero's then I dunno they make a blooming good job of it ,being super heroes that is.
btw I'm not Irish either .Oh!I get it the Irish joke Ah! right :D :p

PS: bring back Michael Keaton .Beetlejuice,BeetleJUICE,,BEETLEJUICE........Oh SHIT........It worked...Roflhho

I think you'll really like this --> Swatch James Bond Collection

Swatch dedicated a watch to each James Bond film! A great marketing idea don't you think? Each watch has characteristics taken from its respective film- they're great fun to look through to see if you can find the inspiration Swatch applied. Plus there are wallpapers you can download for all the films.

Oh yeah, there is also a great intro to the site. Check it out if you have some time. It's a wonderful little site :)

smeggle 3rd November 2002 00:04

george c"looney kills every role he does so was'nt much to expect when he did Batman.
And yes I do like James Bond but some of the cars he drives ,suppose I'm only jealous if truth be known .Sean Connery was the best James Bond in my opion although Pierce does'nt do to bad .Not sure on old Timmy ,bit intense for my liking.Roger wasnt that bad but I remember him in Ivanhoe when I was a kid and I just crackup when I see him in any thing else .oh and the one of wonder what was his name did 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service'?

I'll check it out at school... too many images to spend time downloading.

They've chosen some very odd Bond girls over the years... Jane Seymour? Too wholesome :blah:

The one from Goldeneye was the best (what's her name?)... and Famke Janssen... wow! She's absolutely ravishing for someone almost in her 40s.

I thought the chicks from the Sean Connery era were the most shaggable ones....though Christmas wasn't too bad either...

rm' 3rd November 2002 00:25

Christmas Jones? Ugh! So uncouth. Now... Maria Grazia Cucinotta... she only had a bit role in The World Is Not Enough... but is the best thing to ever have come out of Italy :-)

[edit: wrong movie. Speaking of hotties, Sophie Marceau is not so bad herself. And talent to boot.]

No way man, Night-crawler and Iceman (and maybe Omega) are so much better than Rouge.

Umm, Superman (especially the show "Lois and Clark" which used to be a really good TV show over here) Spiderman especially, and to a lesser extent Batman were all awesome.

I resent that. :p I was forced to watch a Power Puff Girls "marathon" by my 2 youngest kids. I was hypnotized by their weird eyes. My IQ level also dropped at least 20 points. :igor:
