I wasn't referring to you - I've got no problem with your posts, and have the utmost respect for you as a member of the forums. I also know for sure that you obviously know the mods very well (even looking by your post count, and the date you joined the forums you can see that you'll have had many interactions with the mods (not in a bad way) and with that you'll have at least got to know a bit about them).
I was just kind of trying to make the point that the way I've been brought up is to err more on the side of discretion, or at the very least politeness. If I have a problem with a decision made by a mod, I would personally contact them directly in private first. If, after discussing the decision, I still was unsatisfied I might air my views more publicly - or perhaps talk with a different mod about it. I was really referring to those people that take the decisions more personally, and then have open arguments with mods, which get more personal than actually anything to do with the decision made.
As for the flaming of members who make stupid posts, feel free to go right ahead :)
