Well this is tottal bullshit! My dad calls me at 8:30am, and to do what you say? Work! Normally i would just obey like the good little boy i am, but the day after christmas?! (And i havn't worked in like a year!) I actually had plans today, but not anymore, i'll be lucky if i'll have time for them. And i swear to god im not working tommarow! (And just to note that if i don't go, he'll dam near drag me to work, tottal asshole!!!!:mad:

So, when he calls you tomarrow to work you're going to be ranting here aren't ya? Sorry to hear about that man, it is total bullshit... so here's what you do (take it from a pro), call in sick next time :)

Yeah, like he'd believe i was sick, he'd come home, as i said, and drag me there. And no, i don't plan to go tommarow and i don't think he was either.

Well hey, if it makes you feel any better, I had to get up at 5:30 this morning and go to work just like I do every other day.

Unless you work in retail, everyone in the UK has Boxing Day off... And I get today off as an occasional day too (which was a nice unexpected suprise when I found out last week!). So, back to work on Monday after a nice five day break!

I've heard Boxing Day mentioned on a few other forums now...What exactly is it? I wasn't getting any clear descrptions...
