Forum Purpose
 

I am in the mood to write, so I felt like creating yet another thrad about the current rm' controversey. For those of you who arn't aware, ask around about it. I'm not here to debatw right or wrong, but rather to ask the simple question: "why do you come to the winamp forums?" (check all that may apply)

I personally come for a lot of reasons. I enjoy the sence of community I find here. I enjoy the company. Over time, jsut thruogh posts, I have gotten to know a little about people's personalities and their little quirks. I get to meet people who think like me, and those who don't. I get to encouter people who are complete idios, but more often than not, extremely intelligent individuals who allow for serious back and forth debates over some not-to-light material. It is not everyday, at least where I live, that topics such as my posts on incest can be discussed seriously and with insight (in fact, very rarely where I live can I have a serious conversation, high school sucks).

These forums also allow me to receive news about the goings on in the world as my television veiwing is limited. I also can get updaets on other software and as also assist some very talened artists with their skins.

All in all I haev found these forums (at their good times) a fun place to come and relax, and vent if I need to.

Back to the origional question, why do you come here? (you don't have to post as long as I did ;))

I come here for the rm' controversies. :D

I come to enjoy my time communicating, talking, chatting, aruging with everyone.

Also it uses up any free time as a hobby.

I'm at the heart of every imbroglio, altercation and quandary to ever land in this place, apparently.

Mostly to pimp my poetry corner...
But the forums are always good because all the shenanigans are sooo funny.

I origianally joined for the 'seance of community' but it didn't rock my ouija board.

I stayed for the warm sense of cheer and the smell of hot waffles.

I don;t have anythig else to do, plus the people are great, ther is often something to laugh at, something interesting to read or someone that can help when needed.
