What is your screen resolution?
I use 1024x768, which is perfect for 17 inch monitors. Once I get my 21 inch I might use 1600x1200. :)
|
I have a lap top and that is all I know about it :) :p
|
I use 1280x1024
it's not there tho gotta love the 19" |
1024x768 on 17".
|
yeah, 1034 x 768 is great on 17" monitors, if i get a 19"er, i figure ill up it a level or two
|
800x600 15" monitors and a laptop.
|
1600 X 1200 on a 19" flat screen..........print is a little small, but it still looks good
|
1152x864 :p

1600x1200 on a 19 in Dell 1226H monitor @ 75Hz
|
if you're gonna be pedantic and post frequencies and monitor models...
i'm on an iiyama vision master 17 at 85 Hz. |
1600x1200 on a Sony 21"
Actually, I also use 1600x1200 on the 19" at work, but it's a little small. Only way I can see an entire newspaper page at once on Quark, though. |
I'm running 1024x768 on a CTX 17" monitor. Works great for me. :)
|
You left out 1152x864 in your poll... I'm using that on a 17" monitor with 85 Hz refresh rate.
|
I'm just a little odd at 1280x1024 on a 15" Sony Trinitron...and the refresh rate, well, lets just say I don't care enough to know it or look it up.
|
1152 x 864 but that wasn't an option, so I picked the next closest in my mind ;), which was 1024 one.
Lots of love, Mea |
It's an option now. Anyone want to change their vote? :)
|
I would if I could, but I already voted... :)
Lots of love, Mea |
1024*768 on my 15" CRT. Highest resolution to achieve 85 Hz refresh rate.
|
my resulution is 800 X 600 85 Hertz I can go up to 1280X1024 but the refresh rate is very poor 43 Hertz it does your head in :igor: my monitor is only a cheep 14in so you can't blame it for stuggling at high resulutions

[09:40] <will> screen[1280x1024 32bit 60Hz]
|
1280 x 1024 on a 17" LG monitor, I don't know about at work, but it's a nice 20/21" monitor I think.
Is this to do with having themes that use 100% screen width on the forums? I think that was mentioned a while ago. |
Will:Give 1280x960 a shot, you'll lose a few vertical pixels, but you should be able to run it at a higher refresh (most likely 72hz if you can run 1280x1024@60), and you'll also have the correct 1.33:1 aspect ratio. 1280x1024 is 1.25:1.
If its an lcd where 1280x1024 is the optimum res ignore this post... |

I use 1600 x 1200 @ 32bit colour @ 60Hz on a Philips 21"
|
I usually use 1024x768 but sometimes it gets to small so i chang it to
800x600, and a laptop. |

2560x1024 32bit 85Hz for me :). Multi monitors. mmmmm (19" flatscreen and 21" trinitron). |

1280*1024 @ 140Hz on a Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 740SB.
And the aspect ratio looks perfect at 1.25 but not at 1.33. :weird: |
I have 1600x1200 on a 17 inch monitor. why? you may ask. because it's frikkin cool. I have a 5up3r1337 prog for my Vidcard that lets me fine tune the H-rez, V-rez, and Refresh Rate. (it's a custom rig and I have no clue as to where I got the parts from)
|
1074x768 on all 3 of my 15" :p
|
1280*1024 @ 17"
