Photoshop Fonts (help)

I just downloaded some fonts for a school project, but photoshop doesn't seem to want to let me use them. Ay idea on how I can make photoshop recognize the new fonts? I already quit photoshop and restarted it.

<edit>

Or for WinXP, I had to go through Control Panel >> Fonts.
