content directory

i want to just put mp3's in the content dir and have my server broadcast the mp3's randomly... is there a way to do this?
i know if you wanna like listen to for example.... http://216.8.128.219:8000/content/05...a_club-rns.mp3
you would type this in the browser...
http://216.8.128.219:8000/content/05...a_club-rns.pls
it would be .pls
i want to just have it do differnt mp3s... like after playing one go to another
