Live Shoutcast with Mic

Hey everyone! Ok I know how to start up a server and play music and stuff from my comp but I want to start up a server on this comp and basicly talk into my mic and everyone hear me. See, I watch to do live Gaming broadcast but i dont know how to use my mic with the shoutcast thingy! Somone PLEASE help me!
And could somone help me in plain english :)
