How To Use A Linksys Router

I just figured out how to hook my linksys router up so that I could connect it and use my radio features.

First you need to setup your PC to have a static IP. To do this go to this page of the Linksys help pages:

Go to the search page: http://kb.linksys.com/cgi-bin/om_isa...lientID=183400

and search for "How to set up a static IP address in Windows" click the appropriate link and follow the directions.

After all that go back to that page and search for "Port Triggering", click the Port Triggering link and follow the directions

Follow the instructions on that page and you will need the Ext. Port to be 8000 to 8001 under your router setup.

If you need any help hit me up on aim: moneybagsron or email me: chriskidwell@woh.rr.com I hope this helped people out, I used linksys's site to figure it out for myself. The instructions are step by step and arent too complicated.
