server runs - but no one could connect... (router prob !?!)
 

hi all,

i am using a router...i forward the port 8000,8001
as u can see in the log everything seems to be ok
but why can noone connect to my server except my sister on another port on the router!??!
plz help...i am going insame by reading all the solutions and nothing really makes it better :cry: :mad: :igor:

Machines on the same lan as the DNAS (you) need to use the lan ip of the DNAS to connect/listen.
Machines not on the same lan as the DNAs (the rest of the world) need to use the real, world-visible ip of the DNAS to connect/listen.
