different streams on the same server

Hi everyone,
newbie in the world of shoutcast i would like to stream a party we r gonna do in several weeks
the problem is i would like to stream the same program at different bitrate
24Kbps for modem connection or others
6Kbps for DSL or cable connection
is it possible to deliver 2 streams on the same server or should i have another server
i really would like to have all the streams on the same machine cause i have a T1 connection but unfortunetly one PC avaible

One Winamp/DSP combo can source 5 DNASs.
One DNAS can accept one source.
