Wierd mic input issue...
Now, this used to work before, so I know it's possible.
I can not hear my microphone unless I select TAD-IN as my recording source. Now that doesn't help me because then I can't broadcast. I know my mic is plugged into teh right port, and tried the other ones anyway. What can I do to fix the problem? |
Does this help?
http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....threadid=89324 When using a mic you need to switch between winamp input and sound input, this is done is the DSP control panel. Just make sure you switch back to winamp as input, and read the above link. |
No that link doesn't help me. The issue is that Windows is selecting my input as 'TAD-IN' and even when I unmute TAD-IN in my speaker section I don't hear it.
I only hear myself if I select TAD-IN as my recording source, and Microphone unmuted. Now I can record files in sound recorder and use voice chat programs without selecting TAD-IN, it's just for hearing my mic out my speakers. |
