need help... ppl can't hear my music

I can get the server up and running music playing etc. I goto http://myip:7144/ and it shows everything is functional... but if someone tries to listen they can't hear anything.. but i hear my music playin... whats wrong?

Please change myip to your ip so we can take a look/listen.
