The talk of it being an infatuation or crush maybe was due to how I made it seem last night. Keep in mind I was running on bad emotions, so I may have been a little over dramatic. I wouldn't say I love her because I haven't even been intimate with her or anything. But I also wouldn't call it a crush, because I'm not gonna go crazy if she says no or something. I just think that I like her, for the person I've known her to be. :) I don't wanna keep babbling about how cool she is, so thanks everyone for the advice. it's ok to get nervous. you have to tell yourself to go through with it anyway. it's better to ask her and get a "no" than to never have asked her at all.

i haven't read all the posts but if you say that both of you get along and are friends then if you approach her and she says no, then who cares, if she truly is your friend than she's not gonna shove it in your face, she'll just put you down softly and then both of you can remain friends, and if she says yes than you know what that means, a little nookie eh :), just get her somewhere nice and quite, pop the question and see what happens... it's not that awful to get rejected, it's just part of life, and stop worrying about it, just relax or do what i do when in uncomfortable situations... hum your favorite song in your head... i personally hum nirvana's rape me :)

i've been outa high school for about 9 months but i stand behing my comment, just ask her and if it's a no i'm sure she's not gonna laugh in your face, just don't worry about it, im positive your gonna find someone as good or even better as her, that is if she says no, and by the way have you even asked her yet...

here's the worst case scenario, you ask her out, she say's no, (cause she only likes you as a friend, that old thing) you try hard not get all teary eyed, and go along with it playing it off as no big deal, finally you get home, you go straight to your room and cry your little broken heart out, then you put on the heaviest album you got, i would reccommend gnr's appetite for destruction, then you punch your wall for no good reason until it hurts or you start bleeding, whichever comes first, then you head for the bathroom and splash your face with icy cold water, then you curse a while about how life sucks and stupid shit like that, and finally you sit down with a bowl of cocoa puffs and listen to your softest album, i would reccommend some emo ( at the drive in maybe ) and then get on with your life, oh and if you want to you can also call the chick a whore or something like that ( not in her face of course ) and as for seeing her at school again just play it off again as no big deal and repeat everything until you finally have her out of your system :) thank you and sorry about the long post
