PLz Help a new user
 

I am new user.
my radio listed once but not another time... everytime i a mtrying to connect i have this mesage

[yp_add] error connecting to yp.shoutcast.com

What am i doing wrong ???

I am not sure, but I do know ....anyone wanting to help you is going to need more info than you have given there.

My ip is under Router.
i had enabled my ip DNS for port 8000 and i don't have errors.

When i am waiting thw msg "your station added succesfully" i have the message error connecting yp.shoutcast.com.

i hope that i gave you some more information...plz help

Please copy and paste a portion of your DNAS log where the errors appear.

Which version number of the DNAS are you using?

Did you open/forward port 8001 too?

Today i had [yp_add] error resolving yp.shoutcast.com

i am going crazy...

did u open port 8001 on your firewall?
both 8000 & 8001 must be open

They are both open

Finally i found the mistake, i am "On air now"
You were right the one port was closed
