Is there anyway to boost audio quality! Broadcasting at 80kbps 22 Hz?;)

Yes. Broadcast at 80kpbs 44khz, if possible. If that's not possible, then broadcast at the highest possible bitrate MONO. It sounds much better than stereo. However 44khz sounds the best, even if its MONO.

with anything below 44kHz you are likley to get distortion in the music (if you want to know how, find a decent physics textbook and look under sampling>aliasing)
