Streaming 128k [stereo] >> only one channel in the streaming

I dont know how it comes. but the following is happened.

I'm streaming a longtime with 128k [stereo] w/o problems. an then,a few listeners wrote me mails and told me, that they only can hear the stream in one loudspeaker > left or right channel, but not in both.
1. I re-installed everything (winamp - plugins etc) and the same problem appears with the 128k stream again.

2. I tried all the other bitrates [stereo] in the 1.8.2b DSP. Same problem goes for all other bitrates in stereo > only one channel !

3. I installed everything on another PC and the same problem appears again. what means, that the problem is not depending the hardware I use!

4. when I switch from stereo to mono , I can hear the stream in both channels (left & right), tested on all bitrates.

I'm using the following combination :

winamp 2.81 with following plugins

- muchFX2
- enhancer 0.17
- SQRSoft Advanced Crossfading 1.75

any experiences about that ? thx in advance

Are you running multi-bitrates?

I'm just let fixed bitrates through the shoutcast server.
one stream in 56k mono and one in 128k stereo.
everything is running like this over 18 month w/o any troubles.

Is your stereo stream encoder before the mono encoder?
